Delivery of cost savings by working smarter is the objective for the latest release of the Edmond Document Solutions new output management solution Eddoc Weaver,  with a fully integrated AFP-data module.

Eddoc Weaver v2.1 will stop high process costs for AFP-data users because it prevents manually operational work and changes in complex IT-environments.

Eddoc Weaver creates document output (e.g. invoices, insurance policy, mailings) with enhanced presentation, and quicker, by automated enrichment and handling of the data with the ease of a mouse click.

In Addition to the easy combination of AFP-data with other formats as line-data, PostScript and PDF, the solution also provides lower costs due to independency of printers and unlimited choice when thinking of outsourcing.

With the successful introduction in 2009 of a fully graphical user interface (Eddoc Weaver v2.0), Edmond had already eliminated  costly programming hours, because the operational staff could set up and change a complete output workflow using simple 'drag and drop' functionality.

Now this is extended with the handling of AFP-data complete with tray selection, duplex printing and reading of AFP-meta-data (like: TLE- and NOP-records) e.g. conditional sorting and grouping. The best functionality for management of document output from a mainframe, UNIX and Windows server with high throughput speed is now made available as Eddoc Weaver handles up to 10.000 documents per minute.  Edmond Document Solutions brings huge easily gained year on year costs savings within reach of AFP-data users.

Eddoc Weaver offers solutions for postal sorting, repurposing and archiving of document streams, reduction of preprinted paper, optimizing print production facilities, accounting and improvement of documents.

Grootste drijfveer voor het samengaan is het beter kunnen bedienen van onze bestaande klanten en nieuwe klanten, door technologie te delen en gezamenlijk producten te ontwikkelen. Het maakt het mogelijk sneller dan voorheen oplossingen met de nieuwste technologie te kunnen aanbieden, waardoor klanten beter geholpen kunnen worden hun documentwerkprocessen zo efficiënt mogelijk in te richten. Ook wordt het, door de verkregen schaalgrootte, mogelijk internationaal te groeien waardoor we met onze producten meer klanten kunnen bereiken en ook voor hen procesbesparingen kunnen helpen realiseren.
