You can also utilize QR-codes and personalized landing pages, and cut down the amount of returnable envelopes and mail via digitalizing your customer communication.

Save on postage by decreasing the amount of mail. With multichannel distribution you can choose to send out customer communication via multiple, or individual channels: web, sms, email, or physical mail. You can let the customer choose their preferred delivery method, or just use the channel with biggest return on investment.

Format conversion between different output types is automated, so that you can easily enter the digital era of customer communications. Available formats include html, sms, email, PDF, AFP, PS, and TIFF.

Our Postal Service by Choice solution enables you to choose the most suitable postal delivery provider for your mail. Conditionally outgoing mail can pre-processed, sorted and coded according to the selected postal provider’s requirements, even per individual mail piece. You can gain up to 40 % savings on postal costs.

How it works?

In Eddoc Weaver the designed workflow will choose between the best postal delivery provider based on your pre-set conditions. You can conditionally sort mailings based on lowest delivery cost, or delivery time. In the Netherlands you can select either PostNL, Sandd or BlueMailCentral.

Availability

This solution is ready and available for versions 2.x of Eddoc Weaver output management software, running on Linux or Windows operating systems. Similar to the Dutch Postal Service by Choice-modules, modules can be developed for local postal providers in other countries.
