MaDe Services is a young Belgium Company specializing in managing receivable accounts records for third parties. This demands the ability to provide a quick, accurate and reliable service. The solution was found in the sophisticated IT platform and Eddoc Weaver software from Edmond Document Solutions.  

Managing Director, Steven Penne explains the benefits this choice has given his organization: Thousands of different invoices for tens of customers every day need a reliable and flexible platform.  

Our main activities are: Mail Services and Debt Services, (hence the company name). Our Mail Services Department takes over the complete management of transactional printing for companies and organizations. We ensure documents are printed, put in envelopes and dispatched according to our clients’ wishes. If necessary, we can also add bar codes or logos, keep the tailor-made documents in different formats or combine them into a single unit. Our Debt Services Department manages all our clients’ activities connected with invoicing. We ensure payments are correct and paid on time; send reminders and arrange for debtors to pay in instalments if they are unable to pay the amount in full. We can also arrange for external debt collecting. Debtors are completely unaware that they are dealing with MaDe Services, because we work on behalf of our clients.

• The choice of paper is derived from the contents of the documents
• Documents can be arranged according to their number of pages
• We can add bar codes which meet the specification of the Belgium postal service
